G.S.R. 298. The following Proclamation by the President is published for general information : ---
PROCLAMATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 2 ) of article 356 of the Constitution of India , I , Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , President of India , hereby revoke the Proclamation made by the Vice - President , discharging the function of the President , under the said article on the 24th March , 1965 , in relation to the State of Kerala .
