S.O. 831.- In exercise of the powers confèrred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 (Act IX of 1890) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri P. G. Karnik , District and Sessions Judge , Dhulia, as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the accident on the 17th December 1966 involving 78 Up Passenger between Khandbara and Khatgaon sta- tions on the Western Railway . His headquarters will be at Dhulia .
