New Delhi , the 4th March 1967
S.O. 831. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 (Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri P. G. Karnik, District and Sessions Judge , Dhulia , as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the accident on the 17th December 1966 involving 78 Up Passenger between Khandbara and Khatgaon sta- tions on the Western Railway. His headquarters will be at Dhulia .
