G.S.R. 344. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, the Central Government hereby rescinds the Delhi Sugar ( Declaration of Stock and Prohibition of Unauthorised Sale ) Order , 1965 , published with the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1861 , dated the 15th December , 1965 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done , under the said Order .
