In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the Produce Cess Act , 1966 ( 15 of 1966 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes the tariff - value in respect of Cashew Kernel at Rs . 554 per quintal for the year 1966-67 .
