S.O. 925. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sectior. ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Government of Union Territories Act , 1963 ( 20 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates to the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh the following three persons , namely : -
1. Dr N. L. Verma ( from Simla district ) ;
2. Shri Surat Singh Vaid ( from Sirmur district ) ; and
3. Shri Brahmanand ( from Kangra district ) .
