New Delhi, the 18th March 1967
S.O. 969.—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the management of Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited and their workmen in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto annexed;
And, whereas, the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore; in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub- section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Dhanbad, constituted under section 7A of the said Act.

?I8 THE CANTOS P* JWlA EXTfl*W>WWNAJW p vw H*flao, aoi)S.O, 970.—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employ- ment; No. 24/9/67-LRJ, dated the 18th March, H67, an industrial dispute between the employers in relation to the management of Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited, Post Office Mosaboni (Singhbhum) and their workmen nas been referred to the Industrial Tribunal. Dhanbad, for adjudication.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sectlon (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1E47 (14 of 1947), the Central Qovern- ment hereby prohibits the continuance of a strike/lock out in existence in the said Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited in connection with che said dispute.
