8.0. 969.—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the management of Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited and their workmen in respect of the matters specified, in the Schedule hereto annexed;
And, whereas, the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the paid dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub- section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Dhanbad, constituted under section 7A of the said Act

7*8 THE WfflTSE pF p^lA E^TBAQWHNAJOf pVmp J*"#tp, toyS.O. 97 ".—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employ- ment) JNo. 24/0/67-LRI, dated the 18th March, H67, an industrial dispute between tne employers hi relation to the management of Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited, Post Office Mosaboni (Singhbhum) and their workmen has been referred to the Industrial Tribunal, Dhanbad, for adjudication.
"Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1&47 (14 of 1047), the Central Govern- ment hereby prohibits the continuance of a strike/lock out hi existence in the aaid Mosaboni Mines of Indian Copper Corporation Limited hi connection with (he said dispute.
