EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 21st March 1967
S.O. 1002. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3. of the Imports & Exports (Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports , ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
In Part ' A ' of Schedule I to the sald Order , against entry No. 25 , the follow- ing item shall be substituted -
"25 ( a) Frog Logs
( b ) Fiog Legs of counts smaller than 80 Per Kg . "
2. The ban on export of Frog Legs shall come into force with effect from the 15th June , 1967 and shall remain valid upto 15th August , 1967 , whereas the ban on the export of Frog Legs of counts smaller than 80 per Kg . shall come into force from the 1st April , 1967 and will remain valid upto 31st December , 1967 .
