NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st March 1967
8.O. 1014.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 153 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No. 464 HP HP 67 ( 4 ) , dated the 6th March , 1967 ( S.O. No. 833 ) , namely:-
In the proviso added by the said Notification ,-
( i) in clause ( a) , for the words " Kinnaur, Rohru , Chopal" the words "Kinnaur and Rohru " shall be substituted ; and
(ii) after clause ( a ) , the following clause shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( aa) the 29th April , 1967 , shall be the date on which the poll shall be taken in the area comprised within the Chopal assembly constitu- ency forming part of Mahasu Parliamentary constituency" .
