S.O. 1015.—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952, the Election Commission, in consultation with the Central Government, hereby appoints the Secretary to the Rajyn Sabha, Parliament House, New Delhi, to be the Returning Officer for the Presidential election,

S.O. 1016—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952, the Election Commission hereby appoints Shri P. N. Krishna Mani, Deputy Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi, to be an Assistant Returning Officer for the Presidential election.
