NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th. March 1987
S.O. 1111.—In pursuance of rule 6 of the Export of Mica (Inspection) Rules, 1964 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3226, dated the 5th September, 1964, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below, as the panel of experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rule against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (1) thereof:
Provided that where a member of any of the said panel is personally interested in the subject matter of any panel, he shall not take part in the proceedings relating to that appeal.
