ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th March 1967
S.O. 1117.- Whereas by its Order in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. S.O. 3737 dated the 24th October , 1964 issued under sub- rule (2 ) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government had authorised Shri J. P. Goel , Officer on Special Duty , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati , Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Depart- ment of Food) , to take over the management of the undertaking known as Mohini Sugar Mills Ltd. , Warisaliganj , District Gaya ( Bihar ) ;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is not necessary that the sald Order should remain in force;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 9 ) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall stand cancelled with effect on and from the 1st April , 1967 .
