In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Representa- ion of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission , in consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir , hereby directs that the following amend- nent shall be made in its notification No. 434/ J & K/ HP / 66 , dated the 7th December , 1966 :-
