New Delhi , the 4th April 1967
G.S.R. 495. In pursuance of the proviso to sub -clause ( 3 ) of clause 7 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 916 , dated the 10th June , 1966 with effect from the 29th October , 1966 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done thereunder .
