ORDER
New Delhi , the 5th April 1967
G.S.R. 496.- Whereas by its Order in the late Ministry of Food and Agricul- ture No. G.S.R. 1571 dated the 28th September , 1963 issued under sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , ( hereinafter referred to as the sald Order) , the Central Government had authorised Shri J. P. Goel , Officer on Special Duty , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati , Ministry of Food and Agriculture , (Department of Food ) , to take over the management of the undertaking known as Kamlapat Motilal Bhatni ( Sugar Mills ) Branch Bhatni , District Deoria;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is not necessary that the said Order should remain in force ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 9 ) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall stand cancelled with effect on and from the 8th April , 1967 .
