NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th April 1967
G.S.R. 497 / Ess.Com. /Sugar . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , and clause 7 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 153 / Ess.Com ./ Sugar, dated the 1st February , 1967 , namely:-
In Schedule III to the said notification , under the heading " Madras " , after serial No. 14 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
"15. Kallakurichi Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd. , P.O. Moongilthuripattu , Kallakurichi Taluk , Distt . South Arcot . "
