New Delhi , the 5th April 1967
S.O. 1225. In pursuance of section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Kerala , to elect , in accordance with the pro- visions of the said Act and the rules and orders made thereunder, three members for filling the seats of the members of the Council of States representing that State who retired on the 2nd April , 1966 , on the expiration of their term of office .
