IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

No. 7/60 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) as in force in India and as applied to the State of Pondicherry , the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in Schedule I Annexed to the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 ( Order No. 17/55 , dated 7th December 1955 ) , namely :-
In part I of the said Schedule the description of the goods in column ( 2 ) against Sr No. 26 , shall be substituted by the following: ----
( 1 ) Iron & Steel Sheets , less than 3 mm . coated and uncoated , Galvanised , Cellacute , including Tinmill Black Plates ; and,
( 11 ) High Stlicon Electrical Steel Sheets , excluding laminations , stampings and punchings
