NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th April 1967
G.S.R. 498. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966, namely:
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Second Amendment Order, 1967.
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966. after item ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"( 1 ) Kerosene
Change in the price of tin .
For all supplies in 18.5 litre tins . " fifty-six palse (increase)
Superior and Inferior per tin containing 18-5 litres .
