NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th April 1967
S.O. 1350. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 and 153 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Election Commission hereby makes the following further amend- ments in its notification No. 464 / HP / HP / 67 , dated the 13th January 1967 , namely: -
In the proviso--
(1 ) in clause ( b ) , for the words and figures " 24th and 27th April , 1967 " the words and figures " 28th and 31st May , 1967 " shall be substituted ; and
(li) for clause ( c ) , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( c ) the 3rd May , 1967 , shall be the date before which the elections in Mahasu parliamentary constituency shall be completed ; and (cc ) the 5th June , 1967 , shall be the date before which the clections in Chamba parliamentary constituency shall be completed" .
