ORDERS
New Delhi, the 15th. April 1967
G.S.R. 567.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1964, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Third Amendment Order, 1967.
2. In the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order),—in sub-clause (h) of clause 2, in item (iii), for the expression 'Zone I', the expression 'Zone III' shall be substi- tuted;
3. in clause 3,—
(1) for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:—
"Provided further that nothing contained in sub-clauses (1) and (2) shall apply to—
I56 THE GAZET1L OF INDIA I'.XrRAORDlNARY [PART-1 I Sue. S i)j(b) the import by any person of wheat or any wheat product from any place within the State of Punjab or Haryana into any place within the Union territory of Chandigarh".;
(2) in the fourth proviso, for the expression "limits of Zone II", the expression "limits of Zone VI" shall be substituted.
4. In clause 9 of the said Order, in sub-clause (1A), for the expression "within Zone VII", the expression "within Zone XI" shall be substituted. ,
5. For the Schedule to the said Order, the following Schedule shall be susti- tuted, namely:—
"THE SCHEDULE

Zone I—The State of Punjab.
Zone II—The State of Haryana.
Zone III—The State of Uttar Pradesh.
Zone IV—The Union territory of Himachal Pradesh,
Zone V—The Union territory of Chandigarh.
Zone VT—The State of Madhya Pradesh.
Zone VII—The State of Rajasthan.
Zone VIII—The State of Bihar.
Zone IX—The State of Maharashtra and the area comprising Goa in the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu,
Zone X—The State of Gujarat and the area comprising Daman and Diu in the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, and the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
Zone XI—The States of Andhra Pradesh, Madras, Mysore and Kerala and the Union territory of Pondioherry.";

G.S.B. 568.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1655 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Delhi Specified Food Articles (Movement Control) Order, 1966, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Delhi Specified Food Articles (Movement Control) Amendment Order, 1967,
2. In the Delhi Specified Food Articles (Movement Control) Order, 1906, the second proviso to clause 3 shall be omitted.
