NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th April 1967
G.S.R. 572.- In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 4 of the Tax Credit Certificate ( Exports ) Scheme , 1965 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 3 / 1 / 65 - TC ( E ) dated the 27th September , 1965, namely : --
In the said notification in the Table , for the entry in column ( 2 ) against Serial Number 6 , the following entry shall be substituted , and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st April , 1967 , namely : -
"Assistant Director , Tax Credit ( Exports ) , Madras" .
