S.R.O. 11 - E . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section (1 ) of section 15 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 , ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Govern- ment being satisfled that it is necessary in order to avoid administrative difficulty, hereby exterextends the term of office of all the elected members of Deolali Canton- ment Board upto 16th August 1967 or the date of notification of election of their successors in office in the official gazette , whichever is earlier .

S.R.O. 12 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence SRO 13 dated the 7 January 1967 , the Central Government hereby directs that the election to the office of the members of the Deolali Cantonment Board shall be held on the 6th August 1967 .
