NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th May 1967
S.O. 1718. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby nominates Dr. B D. Kalelkar , Director General ( Technical Deve- lopment ) , Directorate General of Technical Development , New Delhi ; and Shri Saran Singh , Joint Secretary , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation , ( Department of Agriculture ) as members of the Export Inspection Council , in places of Sarvashri P. C. Kapur and M. L. Widhani , respectively and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 3605 dated the 30th December , 1963 , as follows , namely : -
In the said notification , -
( a) for item ' 6' , the following item shall be substituted , namely: - " 6. Dr. B. D. Kalelkar , Director General ( Technical Development ) , Directorate General of Technical Development , New Delhi " ;
(b ) for item ' 12' , the following item shall be substituted , namely : --
" 12. Shri Saran Singh , Joint Secretary , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation , Department of Agri- culture , Krishi Bhavan , New Delhi " .
