ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th May 1967
G.S.R. 713.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 as continued in force by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for Indla hereby makes the following amend- ment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agricul ture, Community Development and Cooperation No. GSR 577 dated the 20th April , 1967 , namely :-
In the said Order , the following further proviso shall be inserted at the end , namely:-
"Provided also that the Controller , when he is satisfied that , having regard to the circumstances of any moducer , compliance with the limits of production specified in the Table above mav resu't in undue hardship to such producer , he may, for reasons to be recorded in writing , exempt such producer from such com- pliance , to such extent , and for such period , as he may deem expedient "
