RESOLUTION
New Delhi , the 13th May 1967
S.O. 1720. Dr. Zakir Husain having been elected as President of the Republic of India takes his seat as President of India under a salute of 31 guns ,
Order. Ordered that the following Proclamation be published in the Gazette of India:-
PROCLAMATION
Whereas Dr. Zakir Husain has been clected to be the President of the Republic of India and has assumed the said office, the said appointment is hereby notified .
Order. Ordered that the Proclamation be sent for information to the Principal Military Stations .
Ordered that a copy of the Proclamation and copies of foregoing orders be sent for information to the
