SUBJECT:—Import policy for 'Parts of typewriters excluding typewriter ribons'
falling under S.O. 286(b)/IV for the period April, 1967—March, 1968-
No. 93-ITC(PN)/87.—Attention is invited to the import policy for Parts of type- writers excluding typewriter ribbons' falling under S. No. 286(b)/IV as indicated in the Import Trade Control Policy (Rod Book) for the period April, 1967—March, 1968 according to which import of this item Is allowed to established importers-
2. The position has been reviewed and it has been decided to allow the import of components of typewriters excluding typewriter ribbons to actual users also who have approved manufacturing programme for manufacture of typewriters. The following amendments may accordingly be deemed to have been made in the Red Book for the current period April, 1967—March, 1968:—
