NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th August 1967
S.O 2955 / 15 / IDRA / 3 / 67 .-- Whereas it has been reported that on account of dissensions amongst the Directors , the Industrial undertaking known as M/ s . Samastipur Central Sugar Company Limited , Samastipur District Darbhanga, Bihar, is not likely to continue to function , thereby resulting in loss of production of an essential commodity , namely sugar , for which , having regard to the condi- tions prevailing in the country , there is no justification ;
And whereas the Central Governinent is further of opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the scheduled industry and to public interest ;
Now , therefore in exercise of the powers conferred byby section 15 of the Indus- trial ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a fresh and complete investiga- tion into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of the following persons , namely :-
