EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi . the 29th August 1967
No. 12 - ETC ( PN ) / 67 . Attention is invited to para 2 of Export Trade Control Order No. E ( C ) O , 1962/AM ( 109 ) dated the 7th October , 1966 , bringing "manufactures wholly or mainly of silver " under Part 'B ' of Schedule I to the above order .
2. It has been decided that " manufactures wholly or mainly of silver " shall be licensed for export subject to the condition that the f.o.b. value of the silver content of the articles to be exported , is not less than the value of an equal quan- tity of silver as ascertained by the proper officer of Customs , having regard to the latest prevailing prices in London or New York, whichever may be higher , plus five per cent of the value so ascertained .
