NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th August 1967
G.S.R. 1319 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Passports Act, 1967 ( 15 of 1967 ) the Central Government being of the opinion that it is neces sary in the public interest so to do hereby exempts the members of the Armed Forces of the Union of India departing from India on official duty in Government transport and the members of the family of such persons accompanying them in such transport from the provisions of section 3 of the said Act.
