NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st August 1967G.S.R. 1320—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (b) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri 3- S. Puri, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Com- munity Development and Co-operation (Department of Co—operation) New Delhi, as a director in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act, in place of Shri N. P. Chatterji, Joint Secretary to the Govern- ment of India, in the late Ministry of Community Development and Co-operation. (Department of Co-operation) and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of (441)

"(4) Shrl S. S. Purl, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Tood, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-operation (Department of Co-operation), New Delhi.'1
