S.O. 3085. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Standards of Weights and Measures ( Extension to Kohima and Mokokchung Districts ) Act , 1967 ( 25 of 1967 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September , 1967 as the date on which the said Act shall , in relation to all classes of under- takings and all classes of goods , come into force in the districts of Kohima and Mokokchung in the State of Nagaland.

S.O. 3086.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Standards cf Weights and Measures Act , 1956 ( 89 of 1956 ) , read with section 2 of the Standards of Weights and Measures ( Extension to Kohima and Mokokchung Dis- tricts . Act , 1967 (25 ofof 1967) , the Central Government hereby permits the conti- nuance of use in the districts of Kohima and Mokokchung in the State of Naga- land , for a period of two years from the 1st September , 1967 of any weight or measure which was in use immediately before that date.
