NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd September 1967
SO . 3092 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Preventive Detention Act , 1950 ( 4 of 1950 ) , and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , No. S.O. 1430 , dated the 17th April, 1967 , the Central Government hereby constitutes for the purposes of the said Act an Advisory Board consisting of the following persons , namely :-
(1) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice I. D. Dua , Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court .
(2 ) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. R. Khanna .
( 3) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. K. Kapur .
2. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice I. D. Dua shall be the Chairman of this Advisory Board .
