IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 4th September 1967
SUBJECT. Import policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1967- March 1968-Deletion of plain silver jewellery therefrom .
No. 103 - ITC ( PN ) /67.-Attention is invited to the Import policy for Registered Ex- porters contained in Part ' B' of Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book ) for the year April 1967- March 1968 , issued under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 32 - ITC ( PN ) /67 dated 1st May 1967 as amended from time to tme .
2.It has been decided to delete entries appearing at columns 1 to 5 against S. No. 7 page 279 of Part ' B' , Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy Book for the year April 1967-March 1968. As a result of this deletion , the item "plain silver jewellery " will not be eligible for grant of import licences under the Import Policy for Registered Exporters .
3. The above amendment will be applicable in respect of exports of plain silver jewellery effected on or after the date of issue of this Public Notice.
