New Delhi , the 5th September 1967
G.S.R. 1375.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Manipur Foodgrains (Movement ) Control Order , 1956 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Manipur Foodgrains ( Movement ) Control Amendment Order , 1967 .
2. In the Manipur Foodgrains ( Movement ) Control Order, 1956, in sub -clause (1) of clause 2 , for the words " rice , paddy and products thereof " , the words "maize, rice, paddy and products thereof shall be substituted,
