S.O. 3200.- In pursuance of sub - clause ( f ) of clause ( iii ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 194A of the Income- tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies-
(1 ) the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India Limited , Bombay , and
( ii ) the Gujarat Co - operative Housing Finance Society Limited , Ahmedabad . for the purposes of the said sub - clause .
