No. 104—1TC (PN)/67-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in para "B of Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 1967-March 1968, issued under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 32- ITC (PN)/67 dated ist May 1967 as amended from time to time.

2. The following amendments may be made in the entries relating to stainless steel products on page 268 of the Red Book.

"For the existing entries in Columns I to 4 against Stainless Steel utensils appearing at XVI on page 268 of the Red Book, the following may be substituted":—

3. The provision regarding import facilities against exports of copper bottomed stainless steel uttnrils, shall be applicable Jn respect of exports effected on and after the 1st July 1967.

4. The eligible Registered Exporters should submit their applications in respect of export of copper-bottomed stainless steel utensils effected from 1-7-67 in accordance with the normal rules and regulations laid down in the Import Policy for Registered Exporters.

5. Nominations In respect of exports effected from 1-7-67 upto ih- date of this Public Notice, ihould be made within 15 days from the date of issue of this Public Notice.
