New Delhi , the 8th September 1967
GSR . 1382 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Northern Inter - Zonal Gram ( Movement Control ) Order , 1967 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Northern Control ) Amendment Order , 1967 . Inter - Zonal Gram ( Movement
2. In the Northern Inter - Zonal Gram ( Movement Control ) Order , 1967 , in the proviso to clause 4 , after item (viii ) , the following item shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( ix ) to Pathankot town in Pathankot District from any place in the State of Punjab other than any place in external border area for purpose of sale . "
