SUBJECT : -Export of De - oiled Groundnut Cake ( Extractions) .
No. 13 / ETC ( PN) /67 . In supersession of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notices No. 7-ETC ( PN ) / 65 , dated the 21st July 1965 and No. 15 - ETC ( PN ) / 65 , dated the 18th November 1965 regarding export of de - oiled groundnut cake ( extractions ) , it is hereby announced that , with immediate effect , the export of de - oiled ground- nut cake (extractions ) will be licensed freely against shipping bills , without any quantitative restrictions , to all categories of exporters .
