New Delhi , the 11th September 1967
S.O. 3229. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 ( 60 of 1952 ) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 19 / 22 / 67 -DH ( S ) , dated the 12th July, 1967 , the Central Government hereby directs that the time for sub- mission of the report by the Commission of Inquiry appointed under the said notifi- cation shall be extended upon the 11th October , 1967 .
