S.O. 3295. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands ( Laws ) Regulation , 1965 ( 8 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Ist day of October , 1967 , as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands ( Civil Courts ) Regulation , 1965 (9 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November , 1967 , as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force .
