NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th September 1967
S.O. 3297. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( q ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 27A of the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938 ) as applied to the Life Insur- ance Corporation of India by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( De( Department of Economic Affairs ) No. G.S.R. 734 , dateddate the 23rd August, 1958 , the Central Government hereby declares the debentures issued in 1967 by the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India Limited as approved investments for the purposes of the above section .
