SUBJECT : —Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1967 March 1968—nomination of manufacturers of metallic yarn against export of Natural Silk Fabrics Garments and made-up articles.
No. U9-ITC(PN)/67.—Attention is invited to import policy for registered exporters contained in Part 'B' of Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 67—March 68, issued under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 32-ITC(PN)/67 dated 1st May, 1967, as amended from time to time.
570 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART I-SKC 1J under column 5 against items l(a), l(b), 2(a) and 2(b) appearing under the head- ing "XIX Natural Silk Fabrics Garments and made-up articles" on pages 272-273 of the Red Book: —"NOTE-—Registered Exporters of these items may, in respect of the exports made on or alter 1st April, 1967, nominate the indigenous manufac- turers of metallic yarn for the import permissible raw materials used in the manufacture of metallic yarn, for an amount upto 30 per- cent of the overall import replenishment permissible against these items".
