G.S.R. 1414. In exercise of the rowers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Company Law ) No. 153 / 64 -Central Excises , dated the 17th October , 1964 , namely : -
In the Table annexed to the said notification , for the entries in columns ( 2 ) and ( 3) against Serial No. 8, the following entries shall be substituted, namely : -
