S.O. 3301. In exercise of the popowers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , and sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir Conduct of Elections Rules , 1965 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment be made in its notification No. 56 / J & K/ 65 , dated the 17th October , 1966 , namely.-
In List A appended to the said notification , the entry " 4. Tree- Democratic National Conference" shall be deleted .
