CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi . the 21st September 1967
G.S.R. 1451.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes with effect from the 11th September 1967. the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No 213,67 Central Excises , dated the 11th September 1967 , namely : ---
In the proviso to the said notification.- -
i in clause ( i ) , the word ' an ' shall be inserted at the end ;
( ii ) clause ( 2) shall be omitted ; and
( iii ) clause ( 3 ) shall be renumbered as clause ( 2) .
