G.S.R. 1152 .-- In pursuance of sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No 79 / 66 - Central Excises , dated the 12th May , 1966, namely : -
In the said notification in paragraph 2 ( b ) . for the word 'Durgapur " the word "Rajbandh " shall be substituted.
