G.S.R. 1458.-In exercise of the powers confcured by Section 22 of the Passports Act , 1967 ( No 15 of 1967 ) the Central Government being of the opinion thatit 18 necessary in the public interest so to do hereby exempts with effect from 19th September , 1967 to 31st October 1967 Shri Vishnu Harı Dalmia son of Jaıdayal Dalmia of 2 Tilak Marg New Delhi from the operation of the provisions of Clauses (f) & ( g) of Sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 6 of the Passports Act 1967
