S.O. 3418. The following Order made by the President on September 21 , 1967 , is published for general information : -
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes , with immediate effect , the following amendment in the Government of India ( Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely:--
In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule , under the heading " Department of Social Welfare " , after entry 14 , the following entry shall be inserted , namely:-
"14A All matters relating to Prohibition ."
